What do the credits cover?

Managed CognoDB usage: the bundled monthly price of your instances plus any additional storage. You draw the $2,000 down as you use the product.

Who qualifies?

Early-stage startups building a real product: roughly pre-Series A or having raised under $5M, founded within the last five years, and applying for CognoDB credits for the first time. If you're close but not a perfect fit, apply anyway and tell us your situation.

How long do the credits last?

Credits are valid for 12 months from the day they're applied to your account.

What happens after I apply?

The team reviews each application by hand (usually within a few working days) and replies from a real person with next steps. There's no automated rejection.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can create a free instance and start building today; the credits are applied once your application is approved.
